专业技术特长

  • 熟练掌握扫描电子显微镜(SEM):样品制备、表面形貌与成分分析(含EDS能谱),具备纳米尺度结构表征的丰富经验。

  • 熟悉透射电子显微镜(TEM)和球差校正透射电镜(Cs-TEM):熟练操作高分辨成像与电子衍射分析,能够独立进行晶体结构及界面表征;具备原子级分辨率成像与元素分布分析能力,熟悉STEM-EDS/EELS操作。
